Update – 21/2/2025  – I am 95% confident Dennis Barton has managed to undermine the integrity of ANOTHER NCAT hearing

Backstory

For context, I have been desperately trying to organise an NCAT hearing because my mother, who has a documented mental disability from a highly qualified doctor BACK IN 2021, it’s being financially exploited by her family and a group of professionals who work for them. 

These professionals which I know about, from start to finish are:

Andrew Kwong – Accountant of my mother’s sister, Elaine, who was financially dependent on my mother. All these Professionals are fundamentally working for her benefit, NOT my mother’s. I had to fight Tooth and Nail to get rid of because he did not understand or respect conflict of interest!

Grahame Hale/CPA – Accountant and industry group, this was MY PERSONAL ACCOUNTANT who I introduced to my mother and her family. Unbelievably, he gullibly ate up all the absurd lies he was told by my mother and her family WITHOUT even contacting me to see if the stories were even true

Robert Holt – Lawyer

Dr* Nora Breen – *not in the medical sense

Dennis Barton – Lawyer

Ian Macpherson* – Lawyer, *  based on the words of Dennis Barton who has zero integrity

Jennifer D’Arcy – Senior Member @ NCAT. She is a void of humanity and common sense. Also, I believe Dennis Barton knows Jennifer Darcy personally and she dismissed the hearing as a favour. This would explain her lack of common sense and humanity. She had a mission to dismiss, and she dutifully fulfilled

Kate Winslet? – Stated by my mother but I could not find evidence she exist

First hearing

First hearing, Robert Holt successfully managed to dismiss by convincing my mother not to see or speak with me until after the hearing. Because I was alienated from my mother I was unable to obtain any sort of evidence or context which NCAT would need to make any decision.

Second hearing

I was optimistic about the second hearing. Unlike the first hearing, where Robert Holt, was assigned the case manager. I was assigned a case manager! She was very nice too. Unfortunately, Dennis Barton was able to miraculously create a directions hearing! I’m assuming with the assistance of senior member Jennifer Darcy who presided over the hearing. TLDR: Jennifer D’Arcy’s directions hearing requested I gather her evidence, which I spent any hours collecting as per NCAT’s public guidelines. Unfortunately, Jennifer Darcy read none of it and subsequently dismissed the second hearing .

Third hearing

Miraculously, and not long after Jennifer D’Arcy dismissed the second hearing , I discovered doctor Halpern’s 2021 medical report, which stated my mother failed the general medical capacity requirements back in 2021! This confirmed I was correct about my dire mother’s condition this whole time! I was also optimistic because a hearing was set for 7 April 2025.

This optimism evaporated after of the following:

1. Dennis Barton emailed my mother stating he could get the new hearing dismissed in return for $25,000.

2. I advised Dennis Barton of this plan and warned him not to continue.

3. I trolled Dennis Barton with an email prank, to my surprise I received email correspondence from Elaine intended for Dennis Barton. Elaine is my mother’s sister who is financially dependent on my mother. She is the person all these “professionals” are ultimately working for, as she controls my mother’s money. 

4. Alarmed that Elaine, who controls my mother’s banking, has sent Dennis Barton the $2000 deposit required to commence work on his plan which will cost my mother $25,000 in unnecessary legal fees. I made a simple but urgent request to NCAT for a case manager.

5. I assumed this would be a straightforward request from NCAT because:

1. During the second hearing, BEFORE Dennis Barton and Jennifer D’Arcy became involved, I had a case manager.
2. I have powerful medical evidence which supports my assertion of my mother’s mental handicap.
3. I discover evidence of a direct relationship between my mother’s lawyer and her sister, who controls my mother’s money and is a conflict of interest.

This is obvious financial exploitation of a vulnerable person, coupled with a significant amount of money! I assumed, a case manager would be assigned by NCAT straight away to maintain the integrity of the hearing. Remember how effortlessly Dennis Barton was able to essentially summon a senior member of NCAT on speed dial.

Unfortunately NCAT has failed to assign a case manager to protect the integrity of the THIRD hearing despite multiple desperate follow-ups and receiving verbal assurance from NCAT staff. As a result I’m confident Dennis Barton and Jennifer D’Arcy have successfully corrupted ANOTHER NCAT hearing!
